Recently, Tianan beat several domestic well-known enterprises and won the bidding in the 63000KVA large capacity transformer with contract value of 33 million RMB with China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC). It will be the first time that Tianan have cooperated with CNPC and its winning products will be applied in the west section of the third west-to-east gas pipeline project.
Tianan benefited from the bidding by their competitive business promotion, technology and quoted price. Its top product 63000KVA large capacity transformer won the victory by its no or low load loss, noise level, partial discharge, oil level and winding temperature rise, some of which are even superior to the national standard.
As a famous leading enterprise of the power transmission equipment manufacturing in China, the products of Tianan have been distributed all over the country and widely used in the key state projects and large-scale construction projects like Qinshan nuclear Power Plant, ShangHai PuDong International Airport, Three Gorges Project and Qinghai-Tibet Railway. And some of them shave been exported to more than 30 Asian and European countries and regions.
Technical cooperation with international famous electrical equipment enterprises is also another important way to improve R&D ability and increase the market coverage for Tianan. The company developed all-round cooperation with Schneider, Siemens and ABB in 2005 in Mvnex high voltage switch cabinet, 8PT low voltage switch cabinet and ArTu distribution control cabinet.
Then, its SF6 looped network cabinet, Blokset low-voltage cabinet and high voltage frequency conversion cabinet almost covered main parts of the world like Israel, Iraq, Nigeria, Turkey, America, Azerbaijan, Australia, Japan and Korea. Its independent R&D product vehicular moving converting station used for quick installation in an emergency was shipped to Iraq and Zambia for great use.
From 2009 to 2011, the foreign trade volume of Tianan was 200 Million RMB. They have just passed the inspection from The Linde Group(World Top 500 Enterprise) on the products of 10KV box transformer substation, 10KV and 0.4 KV switching station. Up to May, the annual foreign trade volume of this year reached 75 Million RMB.
