China Sea Film City Project constructed by ZBC, located in Xinqiao Town, covers an area of 1000mu, with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. The project is comprised of three phases, the first of which Legends of the Sea themed park has been open to public. As the core block of the project, China Sea Film City Phase III is themed by filming and marine culture, including kid’s world, variety area and theme hotel, planned to be completed by 2022.
