Yuluxe Hotel Damuwan Project has undergone the stage of ground construction, the main structure of which shall be capped before the end of the year, according to the Project Department.

The hotel, invested and constructed by Shanghai Shimao Group, is located at the junction of Liwan Road and Datong Road in Dayumwan, close to Qingshui Bay and central Greenland. The project is divided into two phases, the first phase is a star hotel and the second phase is a commercial facility with a total construction area of 67,000 square meters.

The first seaview resort hotel constructed in accordance with the standard of five stars in Damu Bay provides more than 200 rooms.It is expected to complete the decoration and operation before the end of 2021, and provide supporting services for the 2022 Asian Games.
