This platform is a public platform developed by a third party entrusted by the county Market Supervision Bureau and oriented to the digital intellectual property industry. It adopts the mode of "government guidance + marketization operation" and uses modern electronic network means to realize comprehensive, multi-directional, fast and accurate intellectual property information service functions.

Through this platform, the monitoring data of county patent can be quickly inquired, including the total number of patents in each town (street), the Top10 list of patentees in the past 10 years, the comparison chart of patent types, the patent development trend chart and the statistical chart of the reasons for patent invalidation in the past 5 years, etc., so as to provide targeted guidance and basis for practical work.

Embedded with a one-stop system of invention patent authorization and annual fee subsidy, the platform links with the data of The State Intellectual Property Office in real time. It provides patentees with online application of patent authorization and annual fee subsidy, one-click payment of annual fee and early-warning service of patent expiration, which simplifies the processing process and eliminates human error.

Up to now, the intellectual property monitoring and management platform has covered 21,377 patents in the county, including 710 patents for valid inventions.
