It is reported that the 4.593 kilometers in length and 6.5 meters in The roadbed width, the  road is an important part of the construction of Nantian Island ecological reef and Hepu scenic coastal road, with a total investment of 54.27 million yuan. The construction will last 18 months comprised with supporting power supply, greening and other facilities according to four-level two-way two-lane standard design.The project is being carried out from Shuangwan Village and Dasha Village, with a target of 30% of the total project volume to be completed by the end of this year. It will be completed by the end of 2021 and open to traffic in early 2022.
