The comprehensive renovation project of Dandong pilot blocks, lasting 23 months, has recently passed the completion acceptance, which has effectively improved the living environment and conditions of the old community.

The reconstruction scope of the project extends to Binyang Road in the west, Yucai Road in the east, Jianshe Road in the north, and Tashan Road in the south. The reconstruction plot covers an area of 58,600 square meters, including 49 building to be renovated with about 500 households. Besides, area of facade renovation is 62,825 sq.m, roof improvement area 6,669 sq.m, road reconstruction in the district 11,200 meters and greening and public facilities renovation 3,532 sq. m. The project of total investment 27.1427 million yuan was awarded the Provincial Old Residential Renovation Model Project last year.
