A few days ago, the reporter learned from Xiangshan Housing Construction Bureau, Xiangshan Youth Apartment Renovation Project received award and subsidy funds of 1,338,875 million yuan from Housing Rental Market Development Pilot supported by Ningbo central financial. So far, my county has a total of 3 housing rental projects to receive awards and subsidies of 8.45 million yuan.

Located in the original Supply and Marketing Building, Xiangshan Youth Apartment Renovation Project covers a total area of 4,462.5 square meters, with 101 sets of apartments, mainly with double and single rooms, supplemented by suites, which will be used for the high-level talents introduced by our county to live after completion. The construction started in February 2021 and is expected to be completed in July 2021.

The three housing rental award and subsidy projects in our county are respectively the Marine Science and Technology Pioneer Park Dormitory Project, the A1 Floor of Daxu Intelligent Small and Micro Enterprises Cluster Area, and the Xiangshan Youth Apartment Transformation Project. There are 325 sets of rentable housing in the three places, with a total of 22,255.5 square meters.

According to the performance targets and tasks of housing rental market development issued by Ningbo City, it is estimated that by the end of 2022, our county will complete the construction, reconstruction and revitalization of 5,555 housing rental houses.
