In the first half of this year, the county completed industrial investment of 4.88 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 93.2%, the growth rate ranked first in the city.

County planning enterprises accumulated profits and taxes of 3.53 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 30.8%. The total profit was 2.83 billion yuan, up 36.3% year on year.  Strategic emerging industries, high-tech industries and high-end equipment industries achieved added value of 1.65 billion yuan, 3.99 billion yuan and 3.23 billion yuan respectively, with year-on-year growth of 26.9%, 24.2% and 24.9% respectively, 1.7, 1.7 and 2.0 percentage points higher than the city's average. Besides, high-tech industry accounted for 52.5% of the added value of the county, 1.7 percentage points higher than the same period last year.
