Recently, Damuwan Youth Startup Union has been established, aiming to build a new resource integration platform for talent enterprises and industry leaders in the region, and promote the innovative development of "integration of production and talent".

The first council of the Youth Startup Union consists of 22 enterprises in Damuwan, covering many fields such as water sports, sports and leisure, health services, sports medicine, film and television cultural innovation, intelligent scientific innovation, innovation and entrepreneurship service supporting, tourism and leisure services, conference and exhibition services. After the establishment of the association, it will integrate regional industry, talent and innovation resources by means of cooperating between the local government and enterprises, give full play to the complementary advantages of scientific and technological innovation, talent training and industrialization of achievements, realize industrial resource sharing and regional coordinated development, comprehensively help create a future of entrepreneurship and innovation in Damuwan, and accelerate the building of a vivid bay zone with a high concentration of youth and innovation elements.

In the next step, with "Three Parks and Three Districts" as the main line, Damuwan Ocean Youth Innovation City will not only focus on building science and innovation industrial park, digital arts industrial park and fashion sports industrial park, but building three equipment service areas including national tourism resort, urban balcony area and future community. Meanwhile, in order to make young entrepreneurs gather and take root in Damuwan and grow together with their hometown, it is committed to building a livable and enterprise-adaptable youth model area in the Yangtze River Delta.
