Recently, Xiangshan has issued the Several Opinions on Accelerating the High-quality Development of Industrial Economy (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"), focusing on the eight target industrial chains of industry, combined with the big-wisdom work deployment, and vigorously supporting the high-quality development of Marine economy with high standards, digital economy and superior industries.

Divided into Marine economy, digital economy, innovation leading, enterprise cultivation, cage change bird and industrial ecology six plates a total of 45, Opinions highlights the "ocean" label of Xiangshan, as well as the work of machine replacement, digital economy, innovative development, production and finance cooperation, and fully promotes the industrial economy to a new level.

On the one hand, build an industrial system with distinctive Marine economic features. Focus on the three emerging industries of harbor surrounded equipment, green energy and functional materials, and the two traditional industries of steam molding and textile and garment, to build a distinctive industrial chain of Marine economy. Xiangshan Financial Bureau plans to arrange 300 million yuan annually to build a competitive county landmark industrial chain group. Meanwhile, aimed at support the quality upgrading of small and micro parks, create an industrial platform with high standards, encourage the attraction and implementation of major projects, and support enterprises to carry out technological transformation projects.

On the other hand, enhance the integration of digital technology and the real economy. Vigorously promote intelligent manufacturing by guiding enterprises to implement digital workshops, smart factories and other construction projects and encouraging enterprises to use 5G, big data, cloud computing, blockchain, artificial intelligence, industrial security and other new generation of digital technologies. What’s more, accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises in key (subdivided) industries, support the construction of industrial Internet platforms and enterprise innovation and application demonstration, encourage the integration of development qualification assessment and the improvement of the quality of digital economy enterprises, increase the support of digital economy elements, and support the creation of digital economy parks in various fields such as software, digital culture, and digital manufacturing.
