On November 26th, the staff of the State Grid Xiangshan County Power Supply Company were orderly promoting the inspection and verification of the power distribution facilities for the second phase project of the Nordic (China) Salmon RAS Land-based Breeding Base (as shown in the picture), providing power support for the development of the marine economy in our county.

As a project of "Thousands of Key Projects with Trillions of Investments" in Zhejiang Province, the Nordic (China) Salmon RAS Land-based Breeding Project is a major foreign-funded project in the marine biological industry introduced to our county. It is learned that the weekly market supply of Zhejiang-produced Atlantic salmon exceeds 70 tons, and the annual output value is expected to reach 300 million yuan.With the popularity of Xiangshan salmon, orders came in succession, and the aquatic product company decided to put the second-phase project into production. The implementation of this expansion plan will effectively solve the situation that domestic salmon is fully dependent on imports and alleviate problems such as the high market price and insufficient freshness of imported salmon.

This project is an infrastructure project of the key layout of the fishing port economic block in Ningbo, and it is planned to be fully completed before the end of June 2025. Led out from the 110-kilovolt Hedao Substation, a new 35-kilovolt transmission line of the project is built to the new user substation with a machine capacity of 25 megawatts. The overhead line has a length of 8.744 kilometers, 35 iron towers, and the cable line has a length of 5.179 kilometers. The mountainous terrain of the project accounts for 90%, with the engineering geological rock accounting for 88%. The project features 31 tower bases on the mountain, with the geological composition predominantly consisting of rocks. The construction of the tower bases is of paramount importance in terms of policy coordination and construction progress control for this project.  

According to the construction progress requirements of the second phase of the Nordic (China) Salmon RAS Land-based Breeding Base Project, the county power supply company actively connected with enterprises and the local government. After many consultations and on-site investigations from multiple parties, the construction plan for the second phase of the power transmission and transformation project of the (salmon) infrastructure project was finally determined. Furthermore, the trade union volunteers of the county power supply company, in conjunction with the local townships, visited the site for investigation many times, established a three-dimensional project construction coordination mechanism of vertical policy handling and horizontal implementation coordination, effectively accelerating the policy handling and project construction coordination.
